Nektar SE 61

Nektar's SE61 is the ideal choice for those looking for a solid and easy-to-use controller with advanced workflow. It can be used under all common operating systems such as macOS, Windows, iOS (via Apple's Camera Connection Kit) and Linux, via plug and play. Visually, the Nektar SE61 offers a nice change to the otherwise classic black keyboards with its red underside. The keyboard's 61 keys are velocity sensitive and adjustable in seven levels, three of which are considered fixed. The SE61 is equipped with the most necessary features and offers, in addition to pitch bend and modulation wheel, a 30 mm fader and two octave and transposition keys each. In MIDI mode, the four buttons and the fader can be programmed with a MIDI Control Change message. Nektar SE61's ports include a USB port for connecting to a computer, a sustain pedal jack, and a power on/off switch. From the factory, Nektar has already equipped the SE61 with presets/mappings for 12 DAWs. For a suitable start, Nektar includes the Bitwig 8-Track software with the SE61, with this the first DAW steps can be successfully implemented.
