OKKO Holy Grit OD/Fuzz/Preamp

Gritty overdrive, low gain fuzz, vintage preamp - whatever you call it, the Holy Grit combines the clarity and dynamics of a great overdrive with the raw and complex texture of a vintage fuzz. The intuitive controls let you dial in everything from a clean boost with a little grit to full-on vintage amp-on-11" sounds. Plug it into a clean or driven amp, combine it with boosters, overdrives or fuzz pedals, and Holy Grit delivers it all - for guitar, bass, keys or whatever you want to spice up.

The circuit is based on the classic Fuzz Face/Tone Bender, but has been heavily modified. Here we use a set of matched low gain silicon transistors (part numbers may vary from one unit to another) that fluctuate between germanium warmth and silicon presence.
