The OMNITRONIC ROD-1043 is a powerful, mobile column PA system that is characterized by clear sound quality, long range and a variety of modern functions. With 350 W RMS output power, integrated digital signal processor (DSP), stereo Bluetooth link for wireless stereo operation and mixer function, this system is ideal for DJs, singer-songwriters, small bands, speakers and organizers of mobile events.
The modular design with separate subwoofer, top section and distance rod enables quick assembly and disassembly, with all components designed for high efficiency, mobility and user-friendliness. The metal grille reliably protects the speakers, while the system's compact dimensions and weight of just 20 kg make it easy to transport.
Powerful sound for a wide range of applications
With a frequency range of 42-20,000 Hz and a maximum sound pressure level of 125 dB, the OMNITRONIC ROD-1043 delivers an assertive, balanced sound image. The integrated DSP provides five presets - FLAT, CLUB, VOICE, BASS BOOST, BASS REDUCTION - for optimum adaptation to the intended use. Whether for voice amplification, live music or DJ performances, the system provides a defined, dynamic sound at all times.
Bluetooth 5.3 with stereo link (TWS)
A special highlight of the system is the integrated Bluetooth receiver with stereo link function (TWS). Two ROD-1043 systems can be connected wirelessly to create a true stereo setup - perfect for mobile gigs, presentations or spontaneous live performances. With a range of up to 10 meters indoors, the Bluetooth function offers sufficient freedom of movement when listening to music or controlling via mobile devices.
Integrated amplifier module with Class D power amplifier
The heart of the system is a powerful Class D amplifier module with 350 W RMS output power (200 W LF + 150 W HF). The amplifier module is equipped with protection circuits against short circuit, overload, DC voltage and a limiter. A status LED display provides information on signal activity, limit, DSP mode, pairing and link status.
Intuitive operation & flexible connections
A mixer with two channels allows the connection of microphones, line signals or Bluetooth audio. The channels are controlled via separate rotary controls. The following options are available on the connection side:
- Mic/line combo socket (XLR/6.35 mm jack)
- Stereo cinch input
- XLR output for line signal
- Speaker output to the top unit
The crossover frequency is 150 Hz, making the interaction between the subwoofer and top particularly clean.
Robust subwoofer - bass reflex with 10" woofer
The subwoofer houses a 10" woofer with ferrite magnet and 2" voice coil, installed in a 16 mm MDF cabinet with bass reflex design. With a frequency response of 42-150 Hz, it delivers powerful bass with a clear punch. Two trough carrying handles and four plastic feet facilitate transportation and ensure stability.
Compact top unit - 4 x 3" full-range speakers
The top of the ROD-1043 consists of a lightweight plastic housing and accommodates four 3" full-range speakers with neodymium magnets. The dispersion angle is 100° horizontally and 20° vertically, ensuring a wide sound distribution with good speech intelligibility. With a frequency response of 150-20,000 Hz, the top perfectly complements the bass and delivers brilliant highs and clear mids.
Distance rod with M20 thread
The supplied spacer rod with M20 thread and a journal diameter of 25 mm ensures optimum alignment between the subwoofer and the top. The rod measures 103 cm in height and guarantees a secure and vibration-free hold thanks to the threaded connection.
