Palme PGA03 Y - Line Splitter

The Palmer PGA03 Y - Line Splitter is a splitbox with galvanic isolation to distribute a guitar signal between two amplifiers. Device can be operated with battery or mains adapter (mains adapter not included). "When I connect the inputs of my two amplifiers together, there's a lot of hum." These or similar are the frequent requests in the technical section of relevant trade magazines. The solution to this problem is the Palmer Y-Box. A FET input circuit converts the high-impedance guitar signal and at the same time forms the driver circuit for a transformer, which leads the signal to the output ungrounded. The hum loop is avoided. Operation with 9V battery recommended. The box can also be used as a cable driver for long cable lengths. In addition, it is possible to switch the signal for output AMP2 phase-rotated. This is often necessary when two (pre-) amplifiers are connected in parallel.
