Reloop RP-1000 MK2

For aspiring DJs and hi-fi enthusiasts, the RP-1000 MK2 is the ideal turntable. In the MK2 version it offers some improvements, like the newly developed Top-Panel construction and reworked metallic probes with improved haptics. Mature belt drive and precision-manufactured die-cast platter: The sophisticated belt drive in the RP-1000 USB MK2 is one of the most powerful of its kind. Compared to a turntable with direct drive, the RP-1000 MK2 transmits the force indirectly to the drive hub - the precision-manufactured die-cast turntable is thus decoupled from the motor. The elastic and high-quality rubber belt absorbs vibrations and ambient noise, resulting in distortion-free reproduction. The pitch section with a range of +/-10 % is also suitable for the finest tempo adjustments. Statically balanced S-tone arm: The RP-1000 MK2 features a statically balanced, S-shaped tone arm with hydraulic lift and anti-skating mechanism. A variety of pickup systems can be connected via the universal connection for pickup systems (SME). Newly developed top panel and robust housing construction: The new top panel construction in elegant deep black metallic is equipped with reworked metallic buttons for start/stop and speed. The improved stop provides clear haptic feedback. At the touch of a button, the aluminium needle illumination can be extended and ensures that the needle position is easily visible even in the dark. The robust construction with optimized damping properties acts vibration-inhibiting, shock-absorbing feet on the underside of the turntable contribute to further insulation. With pickup and headshell (made by Ortofon in Denmark): Included with the RP-1000 MK2 is a high quality OM Black pickup system, handmade by Ortofon in Denmark, and a matching headshell.
