Technical Details – Sophisticated Construction for the Highest Standards

The Riggatec Safety 9 kg 100 cm 3 mm Safety Rope, Silver, with Quick-Release Buckle is based on a high-quality wire rope in accordance with DIN EN 12385-4. This standard guarantees high load-bearing capacity and reliable performance in daily use.

With a length of 100 cm, this safety rope offers significantly more flexibility during installation. This additional length is a decisive advantage, especially for more complex structures or larger distances between attachment points.

The 3 mm diameter ensures an optimal combination of stability and flexibility. Despite its robust construction, the safety rope remains pleasantly light at just 60 g and is easy to handle.

A key feature is the integrated quick-release chain latch, which is securely enclosed in a thimble so it cannot be lost. This allows for quick and secure attachment and release of the safety cable. The extra-large opening makes it much easier to thread the thimble and saves valuable time during daily work.

The galvanized steel material provides reliable protection against corrosion and makes the safety rope particularly durable—even with frequent use under demanding conditions. The silver finish also ensures a discreet and professional appearance.

Thimbles attached on both ends increase stability at the connection points and minimize wear. Additionally, an integrated label provides important information for identification and use.

With a maximum load capacity of 9 kg, this safety cable is ideal for medium-sized equipment such as high-powered LED spotlights, moving heads, or compact speaker systems.
