The Roland VAD 316 is an electronic drum kit that inspires with its classic acoustic look, realistic feel and the latest V-Drums technology. As part of the V-Drums Acoustic Design series, the kit combines high-quality flat wooden shells with a powerful V31 sound module to deliver an inspiring playing experience for everyday practicing, recording and performances at home or in the project studio.

With its full-size bass drum, acoustic layout and elegant look, the VAD316 offers the feel of a real drum set - with all the advantages of electronic drums: controllable volume, digital precision and flexible sound shaping.

V31 module - powerful sounds and smart integration

The V31 module included in the set is based on the same sound engine as the top models V71 and V51 and delivers detailed multi-sample sounds with expressive dynamic behavior. Seamless integration with DW Soundworks software enables advanced computer drumming - perfect for home recording, practice or creative sound design.

The wireless connection to the Roland Cloud allows you to expand the set individually, download new presets and update your setup with new content at any time - without any tangled cables.

Playing feel like an acoustic set

The VAD316 scores with its realistic look and authentic playing behavior. The flat wooden shells and the full-size bass drum create the look and presence of an acoustic drum kit, while the high-quality Roland pads and cymbals enable precise, dynamic playing:

The kit comes with a sound module holder, DCS-30 combination stand (3x) and all the cables and tools you need to set up the kit quickly and easily.
