18 new libraries - curated, creative, sonically extremely versatile

The new version comes with a completely redesigned Factory Library consisting of 18 thematically and sonically curated libraries. These contain thousands of new sounds and presets - developed by the award-winning Spectrasonics Sound Design Team. The content is clearly organized by purpose, characteristics and genre, allowing for quick navigation and effective work in the studio or on stage.

Optimized without additional requirements - storage space remains the same

Despite its considerable size, the sound library has been optimized thanks to new lossless technology so that no additional storage space is required compared to the previous version Omnisphere 2. Omnisphere 3 therefore offers more sound variety without putting any more strain on your hard drive.

Adaptive Global Controls + Patch Mutations

With the new Adaptive Global Controls, you can customize any sound quickly and musically. Whether you want to tweak the filter, the envelope or the vibrato - all parameters react automatically in a musically meaningful way depending on the selected patch. In addition, the new patch mutation function allows instant sound changes with just one click - from subtle to extreme. Each mutation is automatically saved and can be recalled at any time.

New synthesis core with powerful sound design tools

Under the hood, Omnisphere 3 brings numerous new functions for even more sound depth and expression. The new Quadzone mode enables complex modulations within a patch. The 36 new filter types bring fresh timbres with vintage character and modern textures. In addition, component-accurately modeled saturations and a new polyphonic dual-frequency shifter provide unprecedented sound shaping possibilities.

A highlight is the comprehensive MPE support (MIDI Polyphonic Expression), which allows Omnisphere to be perfectly integrated into modern hardware setups with ROLI, LinnStrument & Co. Omnisphere 3 also offers extensive possibilities for creating individual sounds for electronic music production with over 100 new EDM wavetables, Unison Phase Scatter and new glide modes (incl. Moog, OB-Xa, Odyssey, CS-80 Glissando).
