The WA273-EQ is a "Desert Island" boutique preamp, but can also be classified as a studio and live workhorse. The WA273-EQ is equally suitable for all types of microphones and sources, including vocals, acoustic/electric guitars, bass, drums, percussion, orchestras, keyboards, and even as a sound shaping tool for partial or complete mixes. With 80 dB gain and a fully discrete Carnhill balanced transformer signal path, there is no recording, mixing or engineering task that the WA273-EQ cannot handle.
