The features section also mentions X-bracing. The back and sides are made of laminated rosewood; however, the features specify rosewood and note that the back and sides are not solid. The neck is described as a five-piece neck with a traditional neck profile, while the features list it as 5-piece mahogany/rosewood. The fingerboard is made of rosewood. This selection of materials gives the Yamaha LS6 ARE Brown Sunburst acoustic guitar a clearly defined and high-quality overall profile.

Playing Feel and Technical Specifications

The Yamaha LS6 ARE Brown Sunburst acoustic guitar features a rosewood fingerboard with 20 frets and abalone dots—or, as listed in the features, “Dot” inlays. It also has a 44 mm wide nut and a scale length of 650 mm. According to the description, the compact concert body ensures a comfortable and balanced playing posture. At the same time, it is emphasized that the five-strip neck with a traditional neck profile offers a familiar feel for smooth position changes. These specifications make it clear that the Yamaha LS6 ARE Brown Sunburst acoustic guitar is designed for comfortable playability and a clearly defined technical foundation.

Pickups and Features

A key feature of the Yamaha LS6 ARE Brown Sunburst acoustic guitar is its built-in electronics. It is equipped with a passive Zero Impact pickup and an SRT piezo pickup from Yamaha. The features list the pickup manufacturer as Yamaha and the pickup system as “Yes.” According to the description, the system was designed to have as little impact as possible on the instrument’s acoustic properties while simultaneously enabling clear, dynamic signal transmission. The SRT piezo pickup delivers, according to the description, a well-defined tone with precise response and high transparency. Additionally, it is explicitly stated that no tuner is included. Thus, the pickup configuration of the Yamaha LS6 ARE Brown Sunburst acoustic guitar is clearly and comprehensively described.

Visually, the Yamaha LS6 ARE Brown Sunburst acoustic-electric guitar features a high-gloss Brown Sunburst finish. The design is complemented by an abalone rosette, abalone dot inlays, and a tortoise-shell pickguard. The features list specifies the rosette as a “Three Ring” design. Gold-plated die-cast tuners and gold-plated hardware round out the high-quality appearance. The bridge is made of rosewood, the bridge insert is made of urea, and the bridge pins are made of plastic.
