The ALUTRUSS DECOLOCK DQ4-3000 is an exceptionally long 4-point truss measuring 300 cm in length and was specifically designed for decorative applications that require lightweight construction, visual elegance, and easy handling. It is part of the proven DECOLOCK DQ4 system and stands out for its stability, flexibility, and versatility.

The DECOLOCK DQ4 system is based on four conical connectors with pins and split pins, which ensure a force- and form-fit connection. Thanks to the tried-and-true Quick-Lock system, tool-free, fast, and secure assembly is possible—ideal for temporary applications in trade show construction, retail fit-outs, or at exhibitions.

Optimal weight-to-load ratio

Weighing just 9.67 kg, the DQ4-3000 offers solid stability despite its 3-meter length. The tubular rails are made of 35 mm aluminum with a 2 mm wall thickness, while the braces, made of 10 mm aluminum with the same 2 mm wall thickness, provide the necessary torsional rigidity—perfect for lightweight yet stable design installations.

Tested quality – TÜV Süd certified

The crossbar is manufactured in Europe using state-of-the-art production processes. It is welded using the TIG pulse welding process with AlMg 5 filler metal onto AlMgSi 0.5 tube material and is subject to strict quality controls. The crossbeam is TÜV Süd certified and meets the requirements of the VPLT Standard SQ P1. A load chart is available online.
