The set is based on the tried-and-tested QUADLOCK 6082 4-point system with conical connectors, pins and cotter pins, which guarantee a positive and non-positive connection. The Quick-Lock technology ensures quick, tool-free assembly - ideal for recurring assembly and dismantling in the event sector.

ALUTRUSS QUADLOCK 6082-3000 - Load-bearing system crossbar

With a length of 300 cm each, the total of 8 trusses provide the necessary reach for the square 4 x 4 m construction. Manufactured from EN-AW 6082 T6 aluminum, the chord tubes have a diameter of 50 mm and a wall thickness of 2 mm. The 16 mm diameter struts provide additional torsional rigidity - with a weight of just 14.2 kg per crossbar.

ALUTRUSS 3-way corners 90° - for precise connections

The four included 3-way corners enable stable 90° connections at all corners of the structure. Thanks to identical tube dimensions and careful manufacturing, they can be seamlessly integrated into the system - with a weight of just 7.95 kg per corner.

QUICK-LOCK spigots & end plates included

The set contains 8 replacement spigots with split pins - suitable for the QUICK-LOCK system - as well as 4 end plates with pre-assembled half cone (M10 thread), which enable stable floor mounting. Ideal for free-standing constructions indoors and outdoors.

Professional quality - TÜV Süd certified

All components are manufactured in Europe and are subject to strict quality controls. They are manufactured using the TIG pulse welding process with AlMg 5 welding material. The design meets the requirements of TÜV Süd. A load table for static calculations is available online.
