Robust construction with high-quality aluminum

The set is based on the QUADLOCK 6082 4-point truss system, made from durable EN-AW 6082 T6 aluminum alloy. The 50 mm thick chord tubes with 2 mm wall thickness and the system-compatible struts ensure maximum stability combined with low weight. The hole center distance of 240 mm guarantees full compatibility within the system.

QUADLOCK 6082-3000 - basic element for large spans

The 11 trusses included , each 300 cm long, are ideal for large, stable spans - ideal for stage portals, LED walls, technical frames or truss roofs.

3-way corners & T-pieces for maximum flexibility

Thanks to the four 3-way corners (90°) and two 3-way T-pieces, a rectangular frame with an additional branch can be created quickly and precisely - perfect for the backs of stages or entrance areas at trade fair stands.

QUICK-LOCK accessories for quick installation

The scope of delivery includes 8 QUICK-LOCK replacement spigots incl. split pins - for quick, tool-free connection of the individual elements. The set is supplemented by 4 end plates with pre-assembled half cone (M10 thread), ideal for upright installation on the floor.

Tested safety - TÜV Süd certified

All components are TÜV Süd certified and meet the highest safety and load capacity requirements. Manufactured in Europe using TIG pulse welding technology and AlMg 5 welding material - processed by SLV-certified welders. A load table for static calculation is available online.
