Made of TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), the lid is impact- and shatter-resistant, elastic, yet extremely durable. It withstands oil, acid, gasoline, as well as brief contact with solvents, and can withstand a load of up to 2 metric tons over a 20 x 20 cm area—ideal for use with pedestrians, transport carts, and light vehicles.

Slip-resistant surface for maximum safety

The ribbed surface texture provides excellent slip resistance—a clear advantage when used in areas accessible to pedestrians or vehicles. Even when wet or dirty, the walking surface remains safe and stable.

Fire protection and temperature resistance in accordance with standards

The cover meets fire protection class B2 according to DIN 4102-1 and UL 94 V-2 / HB. In addition, it is classified as Class E according to DIN EN 13501-1, and B-s1 certification has been applied for. The temperature range of -30 °C to +60 °C allows for year-round use—even under extreme environmental conditions.
