For a broader sound spectrum, this Stratocaster® is equipped with a Coastline™ h umbucker in the bridge position - ideal for fat leads, rich chords and distorted sounds. The Coastline™ '57 single coils in the middle and neck position provide the familiar sparkling Fender sound with crisp highs and balanced mids.

The 5-way switch allows all classic Stratocaster switching combinations, including the typical intermediate positions for glassiness and sharpness. With the Greasebucket™ Tone system, trebles can be cut in a controlled manner without boosting the bass range - for maximum tonal precision.

Comfortable neck & modern playability

The modern C-profile neck sits comfortably in the hand and supports both chord work and fast solos. The maple fingerboard with a 9.5" radius and 22 medium jumbo frets allows for fluid bendings, clean articulations and precise intonation. The satin urethane finish provides a smooth playing feel without sticking.

The staggered Fender® ClassicGear™ tuners improve tuning stability by increasing the string pressure on the nut - without any additional string trees.

The alder body is finished with a high-quality high-gloss urethane finish in Faded Lake Placid Blue - a gently aged look with maximum elegance. The 3-ply mint green pickguard, aged white plastic parts and chrome-plated hardware stylishly round off the visual vintage concept.
