A creation from the Fender factory in Corona, California. The Limited Edition American Performer Timber Stratocaster embodies the pure authentic Fender vibe, both sonically and visually.
The three Yosemite™ single coils produce a nuanced, expressive tone. Flat staggered pole pieces ensure high output, while the wafer-thin shellac coating allows the coils to "breathe" and minimizes feedback. Yosemite pickups have a highly dynamic response and are musically extremely versatile. You can create even more sound facets with the push/pull function, which allows you to activate the neck pickup in any desired combination. The modern C-profile neck has a fingerboard with a 9.5" radius; the moderate curvature is suitable for almost any playing technique. 22 jumbo frets facilitate precise fingering and powerful bending.
The Limited Edition American Performer Timber Stratocaster is available in three beautiful tonewood variants: sassafras with a satin mocha finish, sugar pine in satin 2-color sunburst and spruce in satin honey burst.
