Furch Red Pure OM-LR Konzertgitarre

With the Red Series, Furch has created a top-class range of guitars that makes no compromises when it comes to materials and components. For the Red Pure LR, only exclusive Alpine spruce is used for the top and Indian rosewood for the back and sides. The two panels undergo an innovative intonation treatment which, in combination with the chosen material, gives the instrument a beautiful, versatile sound with clear and open tones. The beauty of the tonewood is complemented by a resonance-enhancing satin finish and a number of decorative details, in particular a Redheart purfling and a Koa rosette, binding and position markers. The guitar is supplied in an extremely durable, thermally insulated Hiscox case.

Unique voicing process

The premium character of the Red Pure LR is underlined by the fact that both the soundboard and the back plate are individually tuned using the voicing process, a Furch proprietary technology that improves the tonal characteristics of the guitar to the highest level. This gives the Red Pure LR a crystal-clear, harmonically rich, balanced and highly dynamic sound across the entire tonal spectrum.

Resonance-enhancing satin finish

The body of the guitar is coated with an ultra-thin and even UV full-pore satin finish that Furch has developed to maximize the instrument's resonance characteristics while providing excellent protection. The basis of the finish is our high-gloss lacquer, the final layer of which we apply with a matte finish. This gives the guitar a beautiful, slightly matt appearance.

The beauty of exotic wood

The luxurious look of the Red Pure LR is further enhanced by a combination of fingerboard, bridge and headstock overlay made from grained Ziricote. The body, headstock and fingerboard of the guitar are bound with koa with a white contrasting line, complemented by a body inlay made of Redheart. In addition to the binding, the ring rosette and the string ornamentation are also made of koa.
