200 watts RMS power with silent convection cooling

The Digbeth top unit delivers 200 watts RMS power - even 400 watts in continuous operation if required. The Class D amplifier works with passive convection cooling, which enables silent operation without a fan - ideal for studio use and quiet practicing. Thanks to a frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz (-10 dB), your sound remains transparent and powerful in all playing styles.

Two channels: FET and tube - freely combinable

The Laney Digbeth has two completely independent channels, each with its own sound character: an FET channel for crystal-clear, modern sounds and a tube channel with simulated tube saturation behavior. Both channels can be controlled separately and combined or switched via mix options or an optional FS1 mini footswitch - for maximum sound variety.

Versatile EQ with clever sound tools

The sophisticated EQ design offers adjustable bass, mid and treble frequencies as well as a tilt control for quick overall sound shaping. The mid frequency can also be switched between four different frequency ranges using a voicing switch. Further sound options are provided by the preshape switch, which immediately gives the sound more depth and definition.

Comprehensive connections for stage, studio and practice

With a 6.3 mm instrument input, 1/8" aux-in and FX return, various signal sources can be integrated. A 1/8" headphone output, a transformer-separated FX send, a balanced XLR D.I. out (pre EQ) and a SPEAKON-compatible speaker socket are available for the output. This makes the Digbeth top equally suitable for live, studio and quiet practice.

Compact, robust and suitable for touring

The 15 mm thick MDF housing is covered with black vinyl and reinforced with steel corners. A top-mounted, steel-reinforced handle ensures safe transportation. With a weight of only 5.8 kg and compact dimensions of 194 x 397 x 218 mm, the top unit is perfect for on the go and still offers full power.

Universal power supply for worldwide use

Thanks to the integrated universal power supply (100-240 V, 50/60 Hz), the Digbeth top can be used anywhere in the world. The maximum power consumption is 360 watts, the typical consumption is 150 watts. This makes it ideal for energy-efficient setups.
