The combination of 5-inch Kevlar woofer and 1-inch soft dome tweeter with waveguide guarantees precise reproduction over the entire frequency range from 49 Hz to 20 kHz.

Optimum level distribution thanks to bi-amping

The active bi-amp configuration delivers 2 x 50 watts for the basssection and 2 x 10 watts for the treble section. This efficient power distribution enables balanced dynamics and reliably protects the speakers from overloading thanks to integrated DSP protection mechanisms. Despite their compact design, the monitors achieve a maximum sound pressure level of 109 dB SPL - more than sufficient for near-field applications in the studio or at the workplace.

Individually controllable via app or direct access

A key feature of the BX5BT is the ability to access a five-band EQ section and user-defined presets via the M-Audio Studio Control app. In addition, three reference modes can be activated directly on the speaker at the touch of a button: FLAT for a neutral reproduction, HYPE for an emphasized presentation and CUSTOM for individual settings. This allows the monitors to adapt flexibly to any listening situation or style.

Bluetooth 5.0 with long range and tuning options

Thanks to the integrated Bluetooth 5.0 interface, you can stream audio content wirelessly and with low latency directly from your smartphone, tablet or laptop. With a range of up to 30.5 meters (100 feet), the workplace remains free of unnecessary cables. Ideal for quick reference listening, spontaneous ideas or listening to backing tracks without detours.
