Technical Details and Well-Thought-Out Features

The glockenspiel features 32 aluminum bars, each 25.4 mm wide, with a range from F2 to C5. It is tuned to concert pitch A = 443 Hz, which is particularly common in school settings and modern ensembles. The bars are precisely tuned, enabling clean playing across more than two octaves—ideal for musical exercises, scales, and simple melodies.

The sturdy, single-leg stand is height-adjustable from 53 cm to 93 cm, allowing it to be optimally adapted to the player’s height—whether sitting or standing. For quiet practice, an 8-inch practice pad with a drumhead is included, which can be played with the pair of sticks provided. This makes the set suitable not only for glockenspiel playing but also for rhythmic exercises and basic drum training.

Particularly convenient: The complete set is packed in a sturdy trolley equipped with additional handles and an exterior compartment for sheet music or accessories. This greatly simplifies transport to music school or lessons while reliably protecting the instrument. The included music stand also ensures a tidy, organized practice experience.

The glockenspiel itself measures 62 cm in width, 34.5 cm in depth on the left side, and 15 cm on the right—a compact yet sonically powerful design.
