The Modal Electronics Argon 8M has a robust steel and aluminum housing and is 19" rack-mountable. The device has numerous functions, including 120 carefully designed wavetables, 28 static wavetable processors, 32 high-resolution wavetable oscillators and much more.

The 4-axis joystick can be assigned to a variety of modulation destinations and can be locked if desired. You can read your wavetables on the 1.54 inch OLED display.

A special feature is the programmable arpeggiator with 32 steps and pauses, as well as the real-time sequencer with 512 steps/quantization and 4 recordable/editable animations.
