The Nowsonic Autark DS512 is a transmitter unit that wirelessly transmits DMX control signals fed in via cable to external controllers and devices that are compatible with the DMX standard. Autark DS512 uses the advanced FHSS technology of the W-DMX standard, which ensures constant and interference-free transmission in the 2.45 GHz band (1 MHz bandwidth): interference with WLAN devices or other radio products is virtually eliminated. Thanks to its high transmission power, the Autark DS512 can bridge distances of up to 450 meters between the controller and the terminal device and is therefore recommended for all applications in which wired control is not practicable due to the distance or for optical or functional reasons. The Autark DS512 can also be used as a data and power hub at the point of use thanks to the extensive connection options on the back of the desktop unit.
