The user can choose between two operating modes:

• Reduction: in this mode, noise is progressively reduced during pauses in playing. The result is a natural sound in which the decay of the tones is retained without disturbing background noise becoming audible.
• Mute: Here, the signal is completely interrupted during the playing pause. This ensures particularly precise and clean playback - ideal for fast breaks and percussive playing styles.

A special highlight is the integrated FX loop, which makes the pedal ideal for the 4-cable setup. This function allows only the affected part of the signal chain - for example a loud high-gain distortion pedal - to be specifically treated with the noise gate, while the rest of the signal flow remains unaffected. This keeps the basic sound as transparent as possible.

A multi-colored LED shows the strength of the active noise suppression in real time - so you always have an overview of how strongly the pedal is currently intervening. The three controls Threshold, Decay and Mode Selector can be used to individually adjust the effect of the noise gate.
