Pioneer DJ DJM-250MK2

The new Pioneer DJM-250MK2 is the entry-level model in the DJM series and is packed with many professional features, including the Magvel crossfader and the Sound Color FX filter, which originates from the large DJM-900NXS2. The DJM-250MK2 offers the very best sound quality and can be integrated into any setup thanks to its integrated sound card. With the clear-cut controls, you have everything you need for instinctive scratching and mixing at your fingertips.

Thanks to the uncluttered lower half of the DJM-250MK2, it gives you all the freedom you need to perform, even with complex scratch techniques. The Magvel crossfader, which you will also find in our flagship DJM-900NXS2 mixer, ensures accurate and reliable control behavior in combination with a long service life (over 10 million control operations). The DJM-250MK2's smooth channel faders are perfect for seamless transitions.

In the upper half of the new mixer are many other features, including the 3-band isolators that allow you to completely eliminate the selected frequency range. Each channel has its own filter. These originate from the Sound Color FX from the DJM-900NXS2. By turning up the corresponding control, you can use the filter in this channel. You can then use the parameter control to change the sound to your liking.

The dithering technology used in the DJM-250MK2 ensures a warm, very high-quality sound, both with analog and digital sources. The integrated sound card allows you to connect the DJM-250MK2 directly to your PC or Mac via a single USB cable. With the included rekordbox dj software, you can play digital music files stored on your computer directly through Pioneer DJ Multi-Player. If you like DJing with digital files but don't want to miss out on the feel of vinyl, you can expand rekordbox dj with the rekordbox dvs Plus Pack and purchase the Control Vinyl separately. You can then play and control the files stored on your computer with a turntable and the Control Vinyl.
