2200 watt Class D power amplifier with high headroom

The RCF SUB 15-AS active 15" PA subwoofer uses a powerful 2,200 W peak Class D power amplifier. It enables sound pressure levels of up to 133 dB and offers impressive headroom for dynamic music signals.

The convection cooling ensures reliable operation, while the integrated soft limiter and a thermal protection circuit guarantee additional safety in professional use.

15-inch woofer with 3.0" voice coil

Equipped with a 15-inch woofer and a 3.0-inch voice coil, the SUB 15-AS delivers powerful and controlled bass reproduction. The high-quality transducer is designed for live applications and offers a stable performance even at higher volumes.

The integrated Bass Motion Control algorithm supports extended and precise bass reproduction at any volume. As a result, the bass range remains clear and defined - even during intensive use.

Flexible connection options and control

The connection panel offers mono/stereo combo inputs (XLR/Jack) for balanced and unbalanced signals. An XLR stereo link and XLR outputs with integrated crossover are also available.

The volume, polarity and frequency of the low-pass filter can be adjusted on the rear panel. This allows the subwoofer to be optimally adapted to different tops and room conditions.

Robust tour enclosure made of birch

The enclosure of the RCF SUB 15-AS active 15" PA subwoofer is made of Baltic birch multiplex and has a scratch-resistant polyurea coating. This construction makes it particularly robust for everyday touring.

A handle on each side facilitates transportation. An M20 thread enables a spacer bar to be mounted securely. The sturdy steel grille with fabric covering reliably protects the speaker.

With dimensions of 590 mm height, 420 mm width and 590 mm depth and a weight of 30 kg, the SUB 15-AS offers a compact and powerful solution for professional applications.
