NEW Roland FP-40 WH E-Piano

Roland FP-40 WH Digital Piano

Are you looking for a white digital piano that combines authentic piano sound, a natural playing feel, and modern learning features in one compact instrument? The Roland FP-40 WH Digital Piano features an expressive Piano Reality sound engine, the Roland PHA-4 Standard keyboard, and seamless integration with the Piano Sphere app.

The FP-40 was designed to make playing the piano inspiring, motivating, and accessible. The combination of high-quality sound, precise keyboard response, built-in speakers, and smart features creates a comprehensive playing experience for beginners, advanced players, lessons, home use, online lessons, and creative applications.

Piano Reality Sound Engine and Spatial Sound

The Piano Reality Sound Engine in the Roland FP-40 WH digital piano is based on technologies from Roland’s top-of-the-line GP Series grand pianos. It combines first-class sampled sounds with select modeling technologies to deliver depth of sound, natural resonance, a wide dynamic range, and consistent responsiveness.

The improved built-in speaker system features two 8 x 12 cm speakers and a speaker cabinet. With an output power of 12 W x 2, the FP-40 produces a clear, spatial sound with greater depth and richness in the lower registers. This allows you to perceive fine details just as well as powerful dynamic changes.

PHA-4 Standard Keyboard with Authentic Playing Feel

At the heart of the Roland FP-40 WH digital piano is the PHA-4 Standard keyboard with 88 keys. It combines weighted hammer action, escapement, and Ivory Feel to deliver a particularly natural playing feel.

The triple-sensor technology enables fast and precise note repetition, such as during trills and fast passages. The touch sensitivity can be adjusted in 5 levels, and Fixed Touch is also available. This allows the instrument to be adapted to different playing styles.

Piano Sphere and Roland Piano App

Piano Sphere is an integrated feature of the Roland FP-40 WH digital piano. The app was developed in collaboration with Skoove and offers personalized learning tools, real-time feedback, step-by-step lessons, and an extensive library of courses and songs.

From the start, 100 licensed and royalty-free songs are available without a recurring subscription. Additionally, the Piano Sphere experience can be expanded to include over 1,000 songs and lessons. The Roland Piano App complements the system with detailed sound settings, practice tools, and practical customization features.

Connectivity, Practice, and Modern Usage

The Roland FP-40 WH digital piano supports Bluetooth Audio and Bluetooth MIDI. Smartphones, tablets, and computers can be connected via USB-C. USB MIDI and USB Audio are supported, and the USB Mobile/PC port can also power compatible smartphones using USB Power Delivery.

A headphone/headset jack with Piano Reality Headphones Ambience is available for quiet practice. The FP-40 is also compatible with headset microphones and is suitable for online lessons, livestreams, and content production. Practical features such as metronome, transpose, dual, split, twin piano, speaker switch, and auto off enhance your everyday musical experience.
