The GrandTouch-E™ keyboard with 88 weighted keys was developed to replicate the natural playing feel of an acoustic piano as realistically as possible. The keys feature synthetic ebony and ivory finishes, as well as escapement simulation for exceptionally precise response. Thanks to adjustable touch sensitivity, the instrument responds sensitively to every nuance of your playing.

The Yamaha YDP-166 features a damper, sostenuto, and soft pedal. The damper pedal’s half-pedal function allows for highly nuanced control over sound development and supports expressive playing.

The powerful speaker system, featuring 2 x 20-watt amplifier power and two 12-cm speakers with diffuser grilles, produces a clear, balanced, and room-filling sound.
