The ALUTRUSS QUADLOCK TQ390-1000 is a robust 4-point truss with a length of 100 cm and is part of the high-performance TQ390 truss system. With its large outer dimension of 390 mm and reinforced construction, it is specifically designed for heavy-duty truss applications—whether in stage construction, trade show construction, touring, or for permanent installations in nightclubs, theaters, and event venues.

Maximum stability through intelligent design

The system is based on four conical connectors, which are joined without tools using pins and cotter pins. This connection is force- and form-fitting and guarantees maximum load-bearing capacity while allowing for quick, efficient assembly. Ideal for professional use involving frequent setup and takedown.

Strong material – optimal load-bearing capacity

The truss is made of high-quality EN-AW 6082 T6 aluminum. The 50 mm channel tubes with a 2 mm wall thickness and the 20 mm struts, also with a 2 mm wall thickness, ensure excellent torsional rigidity and load-bearing capacity. Weighing just 7.50 kg, it is also light enough for mobile use.

Large external dimensions for big ideas

The truss’s external dimensions are 39 x 39 cm—larger than those of standard trusses—thereby enabling the construction of large-scale, heavy-duty truss systems. Ideal for touring stages, large lighting trusses, LED walls, or sophisticated structures with high structural requirements.

Important: The TQ390 series is not compatible with other QUADLOCK or truss systems and may only be used within the TQ390 system.

Certified safety – Made in Europe

Manufacturing takes place in Europe by SLV-certified welders using the TIG pulse welding process with AlMg 5 welding material. The entire production process is monitored by TÜV Süd. A load table for structural calculations is available online.
