The Dept. 10 AMPED 1 is a professional 100-watt guitar amplifier in a compact pedal. It turns any pedalboard, modeler or multi-effect into a powerful amplifier and ensures that you can take your sound with you wherever you go.

High Headroom Power Amp Design

The unique high-headroom power amp design doesn't compromise performance, even at 16 ohms. Maximum power and optimal sound with any speaker setup at 8 or 16 ohms. Blackstar's patented Response control provides distinctly different and authentic tube response and guitar amp dynamics.

Speaker simulator and direct outputs

With Cab Rig technology, you can refine your cabinet, mic, and room simulations and output via XLR or stereo jack. Or connect it via USB to effortlessly record to your DAW without the need for an interface.

Reverb with freeze effect

The type, duration, and sound of the reverb can be customized using Blackstar Architect Deep editing software and stored in the Dept. 10 AMPED 1 instead of the default reverb. When the reverb is active, holding the reverb footswitch activates the freeze effect.

Universal voltage

The Dept. 10 AMPED 1 is universal and can be used anywhere in the world between 100V and 240V ~ 50/60Hz. Just put it in your gig bag and get on the plane.

Foot switchable presets

Create and save your favorite settings for the Amped by holding down the "Preset" footswitch. When you turn off the preset, the settings revert to the physical state of the knobs, giving you two channels at your feet.

Authentic tube amp feel

The unique power amp design uses current feedback to mimic the interaction of a tube amp with a guitar cabinet. This very high headroom design delivers the thump and presence of a 100W tube amp into any guitar cabinet at 8 or 16 ohms.
