Electro Harmonix 15 Watt Howitzer

The Howitzer is not the first compact guitar amp from Electro Harmonix in pedal format, but it is definitely the most complete package yet that can sit at the end of the effects board and blow up the signal from HiZ instrument level to 15W Class D power for 8 and 16 Ohm speakers. The Howitzer is not only a power amplifier, but also a preamp with 3-band EQ (treble, mid, bass) and an analog gain stage, which can be blown by upstream boost and OD pedals, as well as a genuine send-return loop. At the same time, the Howitzer remains compact and delivers more than enough volume for rehearsals and small gigs, especially when distorted.
