A Macassar Ebony fingerboard provides tight lows and mids, a strong attack in the highs, and a fast response with rich sustain, while the Macassar Ebony bridge with Topload system provides a better percussive sound. A 5-piece neck made of African Mahogany and Pau Ferro also adds durability to the instrument.
