The extra deep cutaways allow effortless access up to the highest positions of the fingerboard. The setup is complemented by a fingerboard made of Macassar ebony, which with its dense material delivers a fast response, powerful mids, tight basses and brilliant highs. The jumbo frets facilitate clean articulation and are a real advantage, especially when playing solo.

The body of the RGD621AH is made of solid okoume wood, which is known for its warm, resonant tone. The ash top provides additional clarity and visual depth: the Midnight Shade Flat finish ensures a modern, understated elegance. At the heart of the sound transmission are the DiMarzio® Fusion Edge pickups, developed in collaboration with Ibanez. The integrated coil tap switch allows you to adjust the sound character of the pickups and opens up additional sound variations for clean passages or dynamic mixes.
