The ICOA SUB 15 A is equipped with a 15-inch woofer with a 3-inch voice coil for precise and powerful bass reproduction. The frequency response extends down to 36 Hz (preset-dependent), which means that even low frequencies are reproduced clearly and powerfully. Thanks to the Class D power amplifier, the subwoofer delivers 400 W RMS power and reaches a peak output of 1600 W. The maximum sound pressure level is an impressive 131 dB.

The crossover frequency can be individually adjusted using the integrated DSP presets. Three options (80 Hz, 100 Hz and 120 Hz) are available to ensure perfect tuning to the main speakers. In addition, the signal polarity can be switched and a delay function can be set for distances of up to 10 meters.

The ICOA SUB 15 A can be flexibly expanded for larger events or growing requirements. Several subwoofers can be operated in parallel to achieve even more power. When using two subwoofers, the cardioid mode can also be used to enable targeted bass radiation to the front and minimize unwanted reflections.
