Sennheiser MKE 400 Product Details
The MKE 400 shotgun microphone features a supercardioid condenser capsule, which is perfect for portable applications due to its pre-polarization. The directivity is directionality is enhanced by an interference tube to focus and precisely capture details while attenuating unwanted background noise. Furthermore, a windscreen and an oscillating mount have been integrated to ensure that audio recordings made with the camera in the field always remain clean without attracting dirt, in the form of background noise, onto the signal source. For maximum attenuation of wind noise outdoors, the included fur windscreen can be attached. Each MKE 400 comes with both a 3.5 mm TRS and TRSS cable for connecting TRSS cable for connection to DSLR cameras, mirrorless cameras and mobile devices.
