MPC Key 37 combines the familiar 16-pad grid with a synth-action 37-note keyboard, along with legendary MPC sounds and instruments and all the connections you need to integrate with external accessories and computers.

MPC Key 37 comes with an industry-standard Akai MPC sound and sample collection. Get started right away with 8 plug-in instruments, including Hype, Odyssey, Mellotron and more, plus over 8GB of production-ready samples and drum kits that together offer more than 1000 production-ready presets. Each plug-in instrument enables advanced synthesis, deep parameter editing and effects to program exactly the sounds your production needs. With 32 GB of internal storage (and more via SD card and USB disk), there's plenty of memory to expand your sample and instrument collection to your heart's content.

Akai MPC Key 37 includes more than 100 powerful studio-quality effects for creative production and mixing. Add rich reverbs and delay effects to your tracks, make drums sound punchy and crisp, and mix with modern and vintage compressors and limiters. MPC Key 37 also includes the latest vocal effect plug-ins that can be used for pure vocals or creative sound design.

The MPC Key 37 features a synth action keyboard with aftertouch and dedicated pitch and modulation wheels. The synthesizer-style keyboard is designed specifically for musicians and producers, with a responsive feel for building basslines, creating rocking synth leads and more. The 16 velocity-sensitive RGB pads are identical to those of the MPC One+, including access to the renowned MPC Time Correct, Swing and Quantize functions that continue to inspire the industry's best producers. Adjustments and edits are made via the 7-inch multi-touch screen and 4 Q-Link knobs to give you fine-tuning and quick access to the parameters you need.

MPC Key 37 is the powerful hub for your external accessories. Connect MIDI devices via USB or use the MIDI DIN In/Out ports seamlessly. Integrate modular rigs into your MPC workflow via the 4 TRS CV/Gate outputs. Integrated WLAN/Bluetooth allows wireless synchronization with Ableton Link, wireless MIDI on supported iOS devices and updates for the MPC OS. Expand your storage space with the SD card reader for convenient access to your ever-growing sound and track library.

Akai MPC Key 37 has a built-in 2 in / 2 out USB audio/MIDI interface so you can record audio and MIDI directly to and from your computer. The included MPC2 software is a standalone DAW for your Mac or PC, giving you tactile control over your hardware with as many tracks as your computer can handle. The MPC2 software also works as a VST/AU plugin for all major DAWs, such as FL Studio, Logic, Ableton, Pro Tools, Studio One and others.
