alter.audio Timetosser Product Details
At its core, the Timetosser is a combination of sampler, slicer and looper. It has 8 memory slots that can be allocated with incoming audio material. The samples are recorded with up to 24 bit and 192 kHz. A 180 MHz and 32 bit ARM microcontroller works inside the device and takes care of the real-time processing of audio data. The power supply of the compact device, is done via USB, which means that the alter.audio Timetosser can even act as an interface in connection with the computer. If desired, the small slicer automatically splits the audio signals into rhythmic parts, from quarter notes to sixteenth notes is possible, even triplets are provided. Via a small jack socket Timetosser receives either MIDI sync or CV gate for this purpose.
