Audient iD 44

The Audient iD44 features four ultra-low-distortion, low-noise Class-A console microphone preamps with world-class converters and ADAT expansion capabilities. With its even more powerful next-generation AD/DA converter technology, including an optimized dynamic range, audio data is reproduced more accurately than ever before. Thanks to ADAT and SPDIF support, up to 16 channels can be integrated into the setup via external microphone preamps such as Audient ASP800 or ASP880.

Inspired by Audient's analog console design, the iD44 offers a range of flexible monitor control functions, including dedicated talkback, cut and dim buttons, polarity, mono, speaker, etc., as well as a wide range of other functions. All monitor functions can be quickly and easily assigned to three programmable function keys. Channels 1 and 2 also have two balanced insert points, so you can add a compressor or EQ during recording, and you also get direct access to the analog digital converters for more creative possibilities, such as print backs, effect processing or the integration of analog line-level sources.
