Epiphone B.B. King Lucille

A loving tribute to a blues legend

Over the course of his career, B.B. King played various Gibson ES models, all of which bore the name Lucille. The Epiphone B.B. King Lucille is now based on these famous guitars by the blues legend. The outstanding features that make this Lucille such a stunning guitar and loving tribute include gold hardware, Grover Rotomatic tuners, a GraphTech nut, an ebony fingerboard with pearlized block inlays, a brass truss rod cover engraved with the name of B.B. King, a mother-of-pearl Lucille inlay on the headstock, multi-layer binding on the body and headstock, a TP-6 tailpiece with fine tuners and a semi-hollow body with a maple center block to reduce feedback. Unlike most semi-hollowbody guitars, the top of the B.B. King Lucille has no f-holes. B.B. himself requested this particular feature to further reduce the risk of feedback. The electronics are equally impressive, with a six-way Varitone switch, a pair of Alnico Classic PRO humbucker pickups wired to CTS pots, and stereo and mono output jacks for maximum flexibility. An EpiLite bag is also included.
