The multi-binding on the body and headstock as well as the black binding on the roasted jatoba fingerboard give the guitar an elegant appearance. The set-neck construction ensures a stable connection between the neck and body and allows quick access to the highest frets. The Thin-U neck profile made of three-piece mahogany offers a comfortable grip, ideal for fast solos and complex chords. The antique nickel cover gives the pickup a stylish look, while the hot output provides an assertive sound characteristic. Thanks to the push/pull volume control, the pickup can be switched to a single-coil mode, which considerably expands the sound variety. This makes the EC-201 an extremely versatile guitar.
