The Macassar ebony fingerboard features 24 extra jumbo frets and staggered mother-of-pearl dot inlays. The inverted headstock has a matching quilted maple finish and white binding on the neck and headstock. Components of the M-1001NT include LTD locking tuners, a TonePros locking TOM bridge with string-thru body and an aggressive, direct-mount EMG 81TW with push-pull control for coil splitting.
