Developed together with the Duo Sonic in the 60s as a price-conscious, no-frills model for guitar students, the Mustang quickly made a career as a robust instrument for the stage. This feeling is reinforced in the new 90 series by the special sound of the installed P90 single coils, which have a higher output and more bite than the conventional version.
