The HA-S is a kit for a battery-powered headphone amplifier with Nutube technology that guarantees superior sound quality anytime and anywhere. It is noble and compact at the same time and even those who have not learned how to handle a soldering iron can assemble the HA-S independently and without help. Due to the kit conception, you can even further modify the amplifier and adapt it to your own wishes according to even more details. In addition to the choice of two different operational amplifiers from JRC (MUSES01 and NJM4580), the circuit diagrams of the amplifier can be downloaded free of charge from the Internet for very individual modification requests. This creates countless possibilities for sound refinement!

The Nutube built into the HA-S is a revolutionary, pure analog vacuum tube developed by KORG together with Noritake Itron Corporation. Thanks to its construction of anode, grid and heating wire, the Nutube tube responds in exactly the same way as a conventional tube, although it is far more compact and reliable, and also consumes much less power. As a result, the headphone amplifier can be powered by just two AA batteries.
