The OPUS Quad creates a harmony between beautiful design and playability and offers new and advanced features such as stand-alone four-deck playback. The OPUS Quad immediately catches the eye with its unique appearance. The radiating design with slanted top plate and curved front edge not only looks sophisticated, but also ensures comfortable and intuitive performance. The matte black finish and earth-toned slats on the front and sides enhance the aesthetics of any environment.

For the first time in an all-in-one DJ system from Pioneer DJ, the OPUS Quad offers stand-alone four-deck playback for versatile DJ performances. With support for multiple media types, the OPUS Quad adapts flexibly to any scenario, allowing you to play what you want, how you want.

Thanks to the large touch display and the new rotary selector, you can find the right songs faster than ever before, even in the largest music libraries. The decks are arranged so that you can perform comfortably and easily with the OPUS Quad. Each deck has a display so you can keep an eye on the track information for each deck at a glance. Thanks to the zone output, it's even possible to output separate signals from the master audio, so you can play different genres of music in different rooms of a venue. Combined with all the advanced features and effects of the OPUS Quad, you get more flexibility and better control over the music.

The Pioneer OPUS Quad has a completely new approach to DJ equipment, combining design and playability. This creates an elegant and room-filling musical experience for the audience. With its matte black finish and earth-colored slats on the front and sides, OPUS Quad enhances the aesthetics of any environment. The cabinet is tilted at a 5-degree angle and the front edge is rounded so that you can rest your hands comfortably on it. The indentations and textured surface on the outside and top of the jog wheels add to the aesthetics while providing a perfect grip. The colors of the jog wheel ring lights match the adjustable colors assigned to the decks. So you always know which deck is playing. All this helps to ensure that you can play comfortably with the OPUS Quad, deliver the best performance and wow the audience.

Stand-alone playback with four decks - for versatile DJ performances

As a stand-alone device, the OPUS Quad offers four-deck playback for versatile DJ performances. You can play four tracks on four different decks simultaneously, cue tracks in advance or leave one deck free to incorporate requests into a set on the fly - all with just one device. Each deck can be assigned a different color to match the jog wheel ring lighting. This means you always know which deck you are playing with.

Easy-to-use professional effects

With the OPUS Quad's wide-ranging effects, it's easy to add texture and excitement to your music. You can heat up your audience and give your own sound a very personal touch with the beat FX. The XY pad makes it easier to control functions such as the FX bank and channel selection, as the beat FX parameters and the filter cut-off frequency are controlled by moving the X and Y axes respectively. This makes it possible to mix both effects with a single finger. The popular smooth echo function allows you to trigger an echo sound simply by moving a fader or knob that you have previously assigned. Each channel also features Sound Color FX, offering even more ways to create different sounds.

Supports different media - perfect for adapting to different playing styles

Whether you're playing from a USB stick or large SSD storage, connecting a PC/Mac with DJ software, or using tracks wirelessly via Wi-Fi® from a smartphone with rekordbox (from April 2023) or with rekordbox CloudDirectPlay, OPUS Quad is flexible. With just one Pioneer OPUS Quad, you can access different music libraries and even pair a mobile device via Bluetooth®/MD wireless technology. This is perfect if you want to quickly add a request to a set.

The OPUS Quad has a total of four USB inputs: 1 x USB Type-C port for connecting the latest devices, a PC/Mac or in some cases a mobile device; 1 x USB Type-A (3.2) port on the rear for fast communication with an SSD drive or similar device; and 2 x standard USB Type-A ports on the top.

Fast and precise track search - even in the largest collections

The redesigned user interface with electrostatic touch module allows you to find tracks faster and more accurately than ever before. No matter how large your music collection is, the keyboard on the 10.1-inch touchscreen makes finding tracks a breeze. Playlist Bank also enables quick navigation between playlists. Touch Preview offers a preview of tracks as you browse through them. The new Smart Rotary Selector offers a joystick-like experience with left/right, up/down, rotation and push controls. The other controls are clearly arranged around the selector so you can browse your music collection and preview and load tracks without moving your hand.

Optimized deck configuration and new smart cue

The elegant deck layout puts you in control of the music. In addition to the deck display, there are eight hot cue buttons above both full-size jog wheels. Thanks to this arrangement, you can always keep track information, parameters and the status of the individual functions in view. With the new Smart Cue, the current cue position can be automatically overwritten with recalled hot cues. This means that the hot cues can be used much faster and more intuitively than ever before with just one touch.

High-quality and pleasant sound

The OPUS Quad was developed with the requirements of the increasingly diverse DJ scene in mind. The new system delivers high quality sound that is pleasant to listen to even over long periods of time. The configuration of the device eliminates transmission and A/D & D/A conversion losses. Among other things, a high-quality 32-bit D/A converter from ESS Technology is used for this purpose. The result: wherever you play with the OPUS Quad, the entire venue is filled with a pleasant and smooth sound that enhances the spatial experience.

Zone output - for playing different music in different rooms

Thanks to the zone output - which can output a different signal than the master output - you can play different music in different rooms with just one OPUS Quad. This makes it possible, for example, to connect a phone to the device via Bluetooth and select a playlist of background music to play quietly in a bar area or a second room where people are meeting, while mixing tracks from a USB device in the main room.

Compatible with rekordbox and Serato

The OPUS Quad offers plug-and-play compatibility for rekordbox Performance mode and Serato DJ Pro (from summer 2023). As soon as you connect a PC/Mac running one of the two applications, you're ready to go. No license or subscription is required. If you use rekordbox, you can also connect to the rekordbox for iOS/Android mobile app (from April 2023).
