With Wavelab Elements 9.5, Steinberg now offers the latest version of the Wavelab Elements software. It is based on the same professional technology as WaveLab Pro and has the essential tools for audio editing, mastering, audio restoration and podcasting. RestoreRig is WaveLab's new plug-in suite for audio restoration with three modules - DeNoiser, DeBuzzer and DeClicker (the latter with additional DePopper and DeCrackler) - in a single user interface. Equipped with gain controls and a level and spectrum display, the new RestoreRig offers flexible and highly precise tools for detecting and removing noise and audio artifacts in real time. The Maximizer in the Limiter module now includes a new "Modern Mode" algorithm and a mix controller, giving you even more possibilities to achieve the perfect sound. The equalizer module also includes new features, adding two new edge slopes of 6dB and 96dB for the cut filters of the first and last EQ bands and a linear phase mode for each band.
