The 1010music bluebox is a portable, digital 12-channel audio mixer and recorder that impresses with its compact form factor and extensive functionality. Versatility in the smallest of spaces

The bluebox allows you to mix up to 12 mono tracks or six stereo tracks, which can be used live or with pre-recorded tracks. Thanks to the six 3.5 mm TRS inputs, the device is compatible with Eurorack modules, samplers, drum machines and synthesizers. The flexible routing options allow each track to be sent to any combination of the three stereo outputs: Main Mix, Sub Mix or headphone output, which can also be used as Main Mix.

Intuitive operation and precise control

The 3.5-inch touchscreen provides visual feedback and makes it easy to navigate through parameters and settings. Four rotary controls, eight navigation buttons and three transport buttons provide quick access to the most important functions. Mixer mode allows simultaneous control of multiple tracks, while track mode displays the parameters of a single track in detail. The ability to individually adjust volume, mute and EQs per track offers maximum flexibility.

High-quality effects and equalizers

With a 4-band EQ per track and global reverb and delay effects, the bluebox offers comprehensive sound processing options. The EQ supports low cut, low shelf, parametric mids as well as high cut and high shelf. The effect sends can be set individually for each track, while the integrated compressor rounds off the overall signal. This ensures that every mix sounds professional.

Powerful recording and playback functions

The bluebox records WAV files at 48 kHz and 24 bit directly to MicroSD cards. It supports both multitrack and stereo main mix recordings. At the same time, previously recorded tracks can be played back while new tracks are being recorded. Project settings, including all track parameters, EQs and effects, can be saved and loaded, making it much easier to work on different projects.

Compact, robust and mobile

The bluebox measures only 14 x 13 x 5 cm and weighs just 450 grams, making it the perfect companion for on the go. The robust metal housing protects the electronics, and the power supply via a USB power bank allows it to be used anywhere. These features make the bluebox an indispensable tool for creative musicians and producers.
