AKG Podcaster Essentials

The AKG Podcaster Essentials Set is an all-in-one podcasting bundle. It is primarily aimed at all those who value high audio quality and want to get by without additional hardware such as interfaces, speakers, etc. The AKG Lyra is a practical USB microphone with a resolution of 192 kHz / 24 bit, which achieves professional results. The special feature of the AKG Lyra microphone, however, is the sophisticated 4-microphone capsule array that allows you to switch between different characteristics. This allows you not only to influence the sound, but also to monitor the microphone from the front and rear at the same time and record vocals and guitar simultaneously, for example. There is a headphone output on the underside of the Lyra for latency-free monitoring of the input signal.

The AKG K371 is a closed-back, circumaural studio headphone. Its titanium-coated 50mm drivers ensure dynamic sound reproduction, high volumes and rich bass, while the closed-back design provides optimum shielding from external noise and prevents crosstalk when recording instruments or vocals. These features, as well as its high sensitivity and low impedance, make the K371 the ideal companion not only for USB interfaces in the studio, but also for smartphones and on the go. The headphones also score points with their high-quality workmanship and foam pads that adapt to the ears. The scope of delivery also includes a carrying bag, a 3m coiled cable, a 1.2m and 3m straight cable and a 3.5mm to 6.5mm adapter, so that the set can be used in any situation.
