This powerful combination of passive pickups has the power of EMG's active 81 with the soul of a passive PAF. The addition of the S3 single coil in the middle position provides a variety of clean "strat-like" tones.

The EVL X4 is equipped with a double locking III tremolo for tuning stability and extreme tremolo action.
