Why are accounts blocked?

In the event of multiple incorrect login attempts, the affected account is automatically blocked for security reasons.

What happens then?

As soon as the account has been blocked, information is sent to the e-mail address stored in the account.

How do I unlock my account again?

You can reenable your account on this page. A unique link will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. You can either click on it in your e-mail program or transfer it to your browser. After successful execution, your account is unlocked again and you can log in normally.
