MFB Tanzbär Product Details
The Tanzbär Drumcomputer is equipped with 14 analog percussion instruments and also offers a bass and melody voice. It has a chaser light programming and can store 144 patterns, can be daisy-chained via "fill", A/B can be toggled or alternated between A and B. Furthermore, 16 different flames and 6 roll-up recorders or can be played. The step length is individually adjustable for each instrument, polyrhythms are now child's play. 32 Steps, 16th or 16th/8th triplets are adjustable as metric. There are 3 different accents available per instrument. The Bend function allows you to create bass drum 1, bass drum 2, snare drum, tom 2 and tom 3 glide or LFO-like sweeps. The sound parameters can be recorded using step recording. Two tracks address external CV/Gate instruments, one of them with CV 3 dynamics, but they also let the internal bass and melody synth sound, practically for fast pre-listening and programming without external equipment. The CV/Gate sequencer can be played over 3 octaves and programmed using two methods. A shuffle can be individually or globally steplessly regulated. The programming releases Midi Out and can also control other sound sources.The drum computer can be synchronized via midi or clock. In addition to a master volume, each instrument has its own volume control and can be muted. There are 12 single outputs and one stereo output, the Clap is In Stereo.
