The Blackstar AMPED 2 is a 100-watt pedal amp with front-end drive pedals and an advanced effects processor that delivers the sound and feel of traditional tube amps. You can use it in the front end of a traditional amp, drive a cabinet at 100 watts or run it direct so you can take your sound anywhere. Thanks to the power reduction to 1 W and USB-C connectivity, it's equally at home in the studio or on stage.
The unique high-headroom design of the power amplifier does not compromise on performance, even at 16 ohms. Maximum power and optimum sound with any speaker setup at 8 or 16 ohms. Blackstar's patented response control provides distinctly different and authentic tube responses and guitar amp dynamics. Tune your cabinet, mic and room simulations with our CabRig technology and output them via XLR or stereo jack. Alternatively, you can connect via USB for effortless recording to your DAW without the need for an interface. Plus, four fully configurable, built-in studio-quality effects pedals (Drive, Modulation, Delay and Reverb) offer unparalleled versatility.
